Q:What is the Discovery Session?

A:The discovery call is a FREE 20 minute ZOOM get to know you call where you can ask any questions that you have about the life coaching process, what you can expect from sessions and clarify what you would like to achieve from coaching.


Q: What should I look for in a life coach?
A: When selecting a life coach, it is important to look for someone who has a strong track record of helping others achieve their goals, as well as someone who you feel comfortable working with and who understands your unique needs and goals.

 

Q:Is Life Coaching confidential?

A:As a Jay Shetty certified Life Coach I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of my clients and meeting the ethical, professional and legal guidelines outlined by the Association for Coaching within the Global code of Ethics.

A: The number of coaching sessions you need depends on your personal goals and the progress you make during each session. I recommend scheduling an initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine a coaching plan that works for you.

A: No, there is no requirement to commit to a certain number of sessions. Life coaching is a flexible process tailored to the individual's goals and timeline.
